Introduction

Charm E-Commerce feature is an online Patient Store that enables the Practices to sell products in their Inventory/Store to the Patients through the Charm PHR portal. On enabling this feature, all products in the Practice’s Inventory/Store will be listed in PHR under the Online Store page. The Patients can select the required products/supplements and place orders through their PHR Account.

Pre-Requisites

To start using the Charm E-Commerce feature, the Practice needs to ensure that,

• Inventory Module is enabled so that they can sell their Inventory/Store products to the Patients
• PHR account is enabled for Patients so the Patients can place orders from their PHR account
