Just Call - Call from Your Cell/Desk Phone Instead of Softphone

To make this simpler and convenient for our customers, we've released an update recently i.e. "Web-To-Device" . Now you can make outbound calls using your cellular mobile without the need of internet!

Enabling this option will ring your cellular phone whenever you call using web dialer & you'll be asked to press 1 on your cellular number to call the contact.

This is handy when you wish to make calls using your cellular phone while not getting wired into you computer. Also, you can enable the same settings for your SIP devices as well. You just need to enable the toggle from Web-to-device tab under the Profile settings. Here's a GIF of visual explanation for the same:

Please note: Once this feature is activated, you won't be able to make calls from web. On clicking dial on web, you will receive a call on your device (Mobile or Landline or SIP Device) & you will press 1 to connect with person you dialed.
