The Microsoft Exchange extension for Zoho CRM allows you to integrate contacts, tasks, mails, and events from your MS Exchange server with Zoho CRM. This helps you increase your productivity by syncing data between the two applications. From the different sync settings of the integration, the admin can control what specific data needs to be synced between the applications. Admins can also choose the sync direction between the two applications, Microsoft Exchange and Zoho CRM.
