It is possible to remove the PDF and Print options in the Zoho Knowledge Base so that your customers cannot create a PDF or print out your articles.
This is achieved by adding custom CSS to your Help Center's theme customization settings.
How to Hide PDF/Print Options
To hide the "Print" and "Download as PDF" options from Knowledge Base articles in Zoho Desk, follow these steps:
Navigate to Customization:
Go to Setup > Channels > Help Center.
Select your Help Center portal.
Click Customization and choose the theme you want to modify.
Add Custom CSS:
In the left panel, under Customize, click on CSS.
Paste the appropriate CSS code for your theme to hide the print and PDF buttons.
Click Preview to see the changes, then Publish to make them live
