Zoho Applications have a variety of administrative tools for handling sensitive financial, medical or PII data. Per the following Dept. of Homeland Security definitions:
PII and Sensitive PII Defined
DHS defines personal information as “Personally
Identifiable Information” or PII, which is any information
that permits the identity of an individual to be directly or
indirectly inferred, including any other information that is
linked or linkable to that individual, regardless of whether
the individual is a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident,
visitor to the U.S., or employee or contractor to the
Department.
PII is a form of Sensitive Information, which includes, but
is not limited to, PII and Sensitive PII.
Sensitive PII (SPII) is Personally Identifiable Information,
which if lost, compromised, or disclosed without authorization, could result in substantial harm,
embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to an individual.

In Zoho CRM, Fields can be defined as Encrypted:
Visibility of Fields can also controlled by defining permission based on the User's Profile in the CRM:
Each of the additional Zoho Applications has Field level security controls... each Application has slightly different access settings that can be configured, so feel free to contact us to discuss further.
