WorkDrive is basically an online document management service which helps you to work as a team and have a common organization storage with lot more additional features which will give you a better document management experience with your team. 3. Enhanced Admin console options.

4. Centralized storage location for the entire organisation. 

5. Can create Public and Private team folders. 

6. Creating multiple links for a single file during external sharing with file upload option. 

7. Different types of visibility settings while sharing file/folder. 

8. Well equipped office editors for a powerful writing with real time collaboration. 

9. Individual trash for each team folder and master trash for Super admin.

Additionally, Zoho has recently released some of the most awaited features in WorkDrive. They are as follows:

1. OCR - Can find the data/object from the images using the global search

2. Data Templates - Will be able to associate them with any of your files/folders so that you can easily find a specific file from a huge list of data that you already have.

3. True sync - Infinite sync without consuming your hard disk space you can sync all your content from cloud to your local machine.

4. Labels - You can now add labels to any individual file/folder and get them viewed separately in a filtered view

5. Global preferences - You can either make the sorting, theme, etc same across all folders/files or you can customize it.

6. Team level conversion setting for Team folder & My Folders in WorkDrive.

7. Integrated with most of the apps in Zoho.
