You can change the primary email address for all the Zoho services by following the steps given below:
- Log in to http://accounts.zoho.com or if logged in to CRM, click the User picture in upper right hand corner, then click the My Account link.
- In the Home page, click Email Address link.
- In My Email Address page (Profile tabs), click Add New Email.
- Enter your alternate Email address and the Current Password in the respective boxes.
- Click Add.
The email address will be listed under Secondary Email Address. - Click the Make Primary link to make the new email address as primary.
- Click the Resend Confirmation mail link.
An email will be sent to the new email address. You need to confirm it. Once you confirm, you can delete the old email address, if required.
