Zoho PDF editor http://pdf.zoho.com is an online tool built exclusively to edit PDF documents. (and now included in Zoho WorkDrive) You can edit text, overlay and annotate images, add fillable and digital signature fields, reorder pages, and more. Download your edited PDFs directly to your device or save them securely on the cloud for easy access.
Notes
Note: Currently, PDFs with more than 150 pages or 50 MB and password-protected PDFs are not supported.

Add or update text in your PDF document using the textbox feature. Position your text precisely with layered editing capabilities.
  1. Upload your PDF file.
  2. Select Text Box from the top band and draw the text box in the position where you wish to add/edit the text.



  3. Enter the text, select it to format it as desired, and save.

Highlight or Whiteout Content 

Use the highlighter to make important information stand out. The whiteout tool allows you to remove or hide unwanted or sensitive content.
Enhance your PDF visually with predefined shapes like circles, cross and check. Insert hyperlinks to access related information quickly.

Overlay Images

How to insert fillable and signer fields in a PDF using Zoho PDF Editor ?

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Choose Fillable or Signer fields from the left panel.
  3. Select the specific field you want to insert into your PDF. The field will be inserted, allowing you to drag and place it anywhere within your PDF.

Fill Document  

Fill the inserted fields in a PDF using the Fill Document option.

How to fill a PDF using Zoho PDF Editor?

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Click on Fill & Sign on the right side of the top band and select Fill Document.
  3. Fill in the fields and click on Done filling after finishing.


Sign a document yourself

Sign the PDF yourself using the Sign yourself option.

How to sign a PDF using Zoho PDF Editor?

Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
Click on Fill & Sign on the right side of the top band and select Sign Yourself.
In the following signature pop-up window, you can insert your signature, initial, or other required details.

How to collaborate on a PDF using Zoho PDF Editor?  

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Click on Share located at the top right of the Editor.
  3. Add members and assign roles to share the PDF and collaborate on it. For more information on sharing, refer to this page.

Organizing PDF Pages  

You can insert a new page in a PDF file, delete or reorder its existing pages. You can also save the edited PDF file locally or on the cloud.
 


In the "Organize Pages" window, you can:
  1. Rearrange or shuffle the pages of your PDF
  2. Select all or specific pages to perform an action
  3. Insert blank pages anywhere in your PDF
  4. Delete pages
  5. Undo or redo an action
  6. Reset changes

 How to organize the pages of the PDF document?     

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Click Organize Pages on the top left of the editor.
  3. In the following window, you can shuffle/ re-organize the pages using drag and drop.

How to open or edit a PDF document using Zoho PDF Editor?       

  1. Go to pdf.zoho.com, and click the Upload button. You can also choose a PDF from your cloud storage by clicking the dropdown and selecting the desired drive.



  2. To pick a PDF file directly from Zoho Workdrive, select the desired PDF file from Zoho Workdrive, right-click, and select Zoho PDF Editor.
  3. Make edits and hit Save to save the changes to the original PDF. 

How to save the edited PDF using Zoho PDF Editor ?

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Make the desired changes to the PDF and click on "Save" located at the top right of the Editor to save the changes.

How to download the edited PDF using Zoho PDF Editor ?

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Make the desired changes to the PDF
  3. Go to File > Download as > PDF to download the updated file.

How to insert a blank page in the PDF document using Zoho PDF Editor?

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Click Organize Pages on the top left of the editor.
  3. In the following window, click on the specific page where you wish to insert the blank page.
  4. Click on the Insert blank option and opt for either "After selected page" or "Before selected page." Alternatively, you can directly click on the "+" icon adjacent to a page to insert a blank page immediately after the current page.

How to delete a page from the PDF document using Zoho PDF Editor?

  1. Open your PDF document in Zoho PDF Editor.
  2. Click Organize Pages on the top left of the editor.
  3. In the following window, click on the specific page(s) that you wish to delete.
  4. Click Delete either on the top band or at the bottom of the specific page and confirm page deletion.
