Zoho One Limits for Locations, Warehouses, Zones, and Bins in Zoho Inventory
1. Locations
Current Limit: Zoho now refers to both "Locations" and "Branches" for separating business and warehouse operations.
Branches/Locations Limit: In Zoho Books/Inventory Premium, Elite, or Ultimate plans, you can create up to three branches by default. Add-ons are available to increase this count.
Location Nesting: Locations can be organized up to five hierarchical levels.
2. Warehouses
Maximum Warehouses: The standard limit in Zoho Inventory (across Zoho One) is 10 warehouses per organization. Requests for more require direct engagement with Zoho support and possible plan upgrades.
3. Zones
Zone Limits: Specific limits for the number of zones within a warehouse are not detailed in Zoho's public documentation. Zones are logical subdivisions and are typically only limited by operational practicality and interface usability.
4. Bins
Bin Locations:
Premium Plan: Up to 2,000 bins per warehouse.
Enterprise Plan (and "Advanced Inventory" in Ultimate): Up to 5,000 bins per warehouse.
